We want to receive you with complete security. For this reason, we have implemented an internal plan, aimed at preventing the risks associated with the spread of Covid-19.
General
- Continuous training provided to our Employees;
- Individual protection equipment are distributed to each department, suitable for each function - disinfectant gel, face mask, disposable gloves, glasses and gown/apron;
- Disinfectants are available at different points in the Sea Porto Hotel for use by our Employees;
- Comply with basic precautions for infection prevention and control, including hand hygiene procedures, respiratory etiquette and social conduct;
- Daily monitoring to assess fever, check for cough and breathing difficulties;
- Compliance with DGS guidelines for cleaning surfaces;
- Regular hand washing and disinfection.
Bedrooms
- We minimize all paper materials, thus avoiding unnecessary handling;
- All bed linen and towels are washed at hight temperatures to ensure the elimination of microorganisms;

We created a cleaning scheme for the rooms, which goes through 4 distinct stages:
1. Disinfection process with an ozone machine;
2. Removal of dirty clothes and garbage by a properly equipped employee;
3. Cleaning and disinfection process;
4. Placing the Clean & Safe seal on the bedroom door, leaving it untouchable until the Guest enters.

- The maximum capacity of the rooms has been reduced, ensuring that, depending on the requested assembly, the social distance standards indicated by the competent entities are complied with;
- All office supplies (blocks and pencils) were temporarily removed from the meeting rooms, being placed whenever requested by the Guest;
- All surfaces and equipment are disinfected between events;
- All rooms are disinfected with an ozone machine;
- Coffee break is served by an Employee avoiding the handling of utensils by the Guest.

- We place disinfectant mats and disinfectant gel at the entrance of the Sea Porto Hotel for the use of our Guests;
- We installed an acrylic barrier in the Reception, ensuring the distance between Employees and Guests;
- The Reception desk is properly disinfected, whenever used, as well as other equipment used during check-in/check-out;
- The measurement of body temperature is made to all Guests at check-in;
- We provide, via e-mail, the possibility for the Guest to check in online, thus avoiding his stay at the Reception;
- We recommend payment of consumption by contactless or MBWAY;
- We encourage sending invoices by email, in order to minimize the possibility of contact.

- We reduced the number of tables and redistributed the space to guarantee the minimum distance from security;

- Paper menus have been replaced by online menus, either by consulting via QR code or on the television in your bedroom;
